PARIS, TEXAS: ‘American Idol’ Season 22 Audition 3 contestant Reagan Mills is a 24-year-old Paris, Texas native. Besides being a budding singer, Reagan is also a licensed hair professional. Reagan was born to a pastor. The Christian artist describes himself as a “digital creator, singer-songwriter, worship leader, and apostolic.” Until now, Reagan has released a bunch of his songs, including his single ‘Not a Silent Night.’
His album ‘Purpose’ includes 10 songs that were released in 2021. His 5 song EP ‘Only God Knows’ was released in 2020. Reagan started singing in church. He also used to play piano and organ. It can easily be noticed from Regan’s YouTube account that he has a vibrant personality.

Ever since Reagan revealed that he has appeared in ‘American Idol’ he received a spike in his followers on social media. Witnessing this, Reagan writes, “TikTok, 30K?! Wow, thank you for all the love and support!! So blessed.”
While appearing in ‘American Idol’s audition round, Reagan became friends with The Singing Barber Noah Peters. He says, “Thank you Noah for the invitation to your song writers round. You are so talented and a true blue friend. It was so nice to hear the songs and meet new friends. Nashville is so fun!”

Reagan made his account on Instagram in January 2024 and the first thing he posted was about his appearance in ‘American Idol’ Season 22. He announced the news to his fans, “I have something to tell y’all I auditioned for this upcoming season of @AmericanIdol!” It is rumored that Reagan will manage to get the golden ticket and move ahead to Hollywood Week.

Reagan will be playing piano as he performs in the audition round. In one of the photos released by ABC, we see Katy Perry leaning on the piano and listening to Reagan sing.
From the photo, it seems that the judge is left mesmerized by Reagan’s performance. According to the Idol Spoilers, “Reagan Mills made the American Idol Season 22 Showcase Round (Top 57).”
The spoiler claims that Reagan received a standing ovation from all the 3 judges in the audition round. He performed “You’re No Good” by Dee Dee Warwick/Linda Ronstadt.
