LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The third episode of FX’s historical drama ‘Shōgun’ has skillfully set the stage for the upcoming political intrigue in its fourth episode, which is scheduled to air on Tuesday, March 12.
Created by Rachel Kondo and Justin Marks, the series is earning widespread acclaim from critics and is hailed as a work of art by its audience.

What will happen in ‘Shōgun’ Episode 4?
In the drama’s third episode, the intricate world of Japanese politics takes a serious hit when Yoshii Toranaga (Hiroyuki Sanada) flees the Osaka palace for Edo and resigns from the council.
His opponent, Ishido Kazunari (Takehiro Hira), is left furious and determined to have him impeached due to this action.

Following a thrilling escape from his adversaries’ grasp, Toranaga enlists John Blackthorne’s (Cosmo Jarvis) assistance to prepare for the upcoming battle.
The newfound connection between Toranaga and Blackthorne will be further explored in the fourth episode of the show.

The drama will escalate further as Blackthorne takes on the task of training Toranaga’s gun regiment in preparation for the imminent battle.
In contrast, Blackthorne forms a close bond with Toda Mariko (Anna Sawai) as she is the only person with whom he can communicate without the assistance of a translator.
Additionally, as he reflects on a previous commitment made with Ishido, Kazhigi Yabushige (Tadanobu Asano) must also need to decide whose allegiances to follow.
