Sabrina Carpenter has thrilled fans with the announcement of her new album, “Short N’ Sweet,” set to release on August 23rd.
Carpenter shared the exciting news on Instagram today, posting, “Short n’ Sweet” MY NEW ALBUM IS COMING OUT AUGUST 23rd!!!!” She added, “This project is quite special to me and I hope it’ll be something special to you too. I also have a surprise coming for you on Thursday night so keep an eye out.”
Carpenter will release new songs on Thursday, leading up to the album’s release. Her recent hit, “Espresso,” has topped both the Spotify and U.K. charts, demonstrating her growing international acclaim.
“Short N’ Sweet” marks Carpenter’s sixth studio album. Recently, she performed at Coachella and served as the musical guest on the Saturday Night Live season finale, hosted by Jake Gyllenhaal.
In addition to her music career, Carpenter has built a successful acting portfolio, starring in films such as Disney’s “Adventures in Babysitting” remake, “The Hate You Give,” “Work It,” and Netflix’s “Tall Girl” series. She also gained fame as a regular on the popular show “Girl Meets World.”
