The WWE NXT Women’s North American Championship has its first titleholder after an electrifying Six-Woman Ladder Match opened Battleground on Sunday night at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada. Kelani Jordan emerged victorious, securing the championship in a match filled with high-flying maneuvers and intense action.

The bout featured six competitors: Sol Ruca, Michin, Lash Legend, Jaida Parker, Fallon Henley, and Kelani Jordan. The match reached its climax when Jordan executed a spectacular Split-Legged Moonsault on Michin, who was draped over a ladder. Seizing the moment, Jordan climbed another ladder to capture the gold, marking a historic win in her WWE career.

The path to Jordan’s victory was paved with chaos and collaboration. In a dramatic turn, the remaining competitors teamed up to incapacitate the towering Lash Legend, throwing her out of the ring and onto a ladder positioned on the outside. This strategic move allowed the others to focus on their individual paths to victory.

Kelani Jordan’s triumph is particularly notable as this marks her first championship in WWE. The introduction of the NXT Women’s North American Title was announced at April’s Stand & Deliver event, with a series of qualifying matches and a combine held to determine the participants for the inaugural match.
