Information reads: “This man called Caleb Orem AKA ‘Ruthless Focus’ is wanted by DCI for multiple cases of obtaining and extortion. If you have seen him, you can tip me off to enable his arrest. He has conned around 15 Victims. If you have seen him alert so that DCI can be able to arrest him. His known phones remain switched off.”
