Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Megan Thee Stallion called ex-cameraman, Emilio Garcia, FAT BITCH as she fatshamed him after telling him ‘Don’t ever discuss what you saw’.
Megan thee Stallion’s former photographer Emilio Garcia files a new lawsuit against the rapper accusing her of harassment and a hostile work environment after alleging that he was trapped inside a moving car with her in Ibiza while she had sex with a woman back in June of 2022.
Garcia says after the alleged incident he was warned, “don’t ever discuss what you saw,” and was berated, fat-shamed and treated differently by Megan. The “harassment was so severe or pervasive” that it created a “hostile, abusive work environment” that made his “working conditions intolerable,” the suit says.
Garcia claims he was “embarrassed, mortified, and offended throughout the whole ordeal.”
The next day, Garcia claims Megan Thee Stallion told him “Don’t ever discuss what you saw” before she “berated and directed her fat-shaming comments towards Garcia, such as ‘Fat Bitch.'”
The lawsuit was filed on Tuesday, April 23 in Los Angeles County Superior Court. Megan Thee Stallion has yet to comment on the accusations.
