STOCKTON, ENGLAND: In the new episode of ‘Botched,’ Season 8, the spotlight was on two twin sisters, Dolly and Daisy Simpson, who share an intense obsession with achieving a plastic appearance through multiple surgeries. Despite the inherent risks associated with cosmetic procedures, the sisters strongly desire to continually undergo surgery to achieve their desired aesthetic.

Their unwavering commitment to their appearance means they are willing to take on any medical risks involved with these procedures. They view each surgery as a step towards further enhancing their appearance, even if it means undergoing multiple surgeries over time. “My ideal look will be looking for fake and plastic-ky, looking more surgically enhanced,” the sisters reveal on botched. The sisters also revealed that their obsession with surgeries has had serious consequences, as one of their previous doctors ended up in jail.

The Simpson sisters were so determined to achieve identical noses that they pressured Botched doctors to make their noses smaller and more aesthetically similar, regardless of the potential risks or consequences.

Who are Dolly and Daisy on ‘Botched’ Season 8?

Dolly and Daisy Simpson, 25-year-old twins from Stockton-on-Tees, have openly shared their journey of undergoing extensive surgeries to resemble each other, fueled by their obsession with achieving a plastic-like appearance. The twins have invested significant amounts of money in these surgeries, amounting to hundreds of thousands of dollars. To finance their transformations, they’ve worked as strippers, striving to support their dreams and fund the costly procedures.

Despite gaining popularity for their unique appearance, Dolly and Daisy have also faced bullying since childhood. These experiences motivated them to pursue surgery to alter their looks and escape the torment. However, things have drastically changed for the sisters, as they now earn as much as 10k euros every month by uploading content on their OnlyFans page, aptly named “Double D’s.”

What happened to Dolly and Daisy on ‘Botched’ Season 8?

In the preview, Doctor Nassif asks the sisters, “How important is breathing to you, both of you?” knowing the long-term effects of another nose surgery on the patient’s breathing. “Let’s say making it smaller made you breathing worse,” Doctor Dubrow then chips in. Without hesitating for a second, Dolly reveals she’s up for the risk. “I would take the risk.”

Doctor Dubrow then adds in again, confirming them that the condition might be inevitable. “No risk. Let’s say it’s an absolute trade-off; there’s no way around there.” However, the determined patient reveals she’s still okay with it. “I like it,” Dolly quips.  

The Simpson sisters have gone to extreme lengths to achieve their desired body and looks, other than spending vast sums of money. “I went to quite a weird surgeon in Romania and the surgeon is now in jail for killing someone,” Daisy shares with the doctors. “And then he tried to flee the country,” she adds, confusing the Botched doctors. “I think he tried to hide the bodies,” added another sister, taking the doctor further by surprise. 

How much do ‘Botched’ surgeons charge? 

Dr. Dubrow revealed that the E! Network provides each patient with an appearance fee, which can help cover a portion of the doctor’s fees, according to allure. This compensation allows patients to offset some of the expenses associated with their surgical procedures.

From an ethical standpoint, it’s important for surgeons to ensure that patients are compensated for their participation in television shows. The type of operation performed by Dr. Dubrow, which typically involves revisional surgery, can range in cost from $30,000 to $90,000 or even $100,000.
