Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Protest as Sarfaraz Hussain brutally killed 17-year-old minor girl and abandoned her dead body in bushes in by the new Bongaigaon train market after he abducted her.
Massive protests had erupted in Assam’s Bongaigaon after a 16-year-old Hindu girl was abducted, rap-d and killed allegedly by Sarfaraz Hussain.
The accused has been identified as Sarfaraz Hussain. The minor girl, a resident of the North West Colony of Bongaigaon town, went missing on March 05. The family lodged a missing complaint. But the Police couldn’t find the girl.
On Friday night, March 08, her body was recovered from the bushes by the new Bongaigaon train market. The deceased was later recognized by her family as their missing daughter.
Locals came out to the streets, protesting and seeking justice for the minor victim. They sought action against the accused.
Later, the family went to the Bongaigaon police station to report what happened. They named Sarfaraz Hussain in the FIR, alleging his involvement in the crime.
Police later arrested the accused. Interrogation is going on & the investigation continues.
