The 4-episode mystery follows astronaut Paula Baumeister’s (Peri Baumeister’s) disappearance, leaving her heartbroken family, Sven (Florian David Fitz) and Charlie (Yuna Bennett), desperate for answers.
As Sven chases cryptic clues Paula left behind, a terrifying truth emerges, placing them both in grave danger. Will Sven find Paula before it’s too late?

Back on Earth, after the media downplays the ‘alien attack’ as a government drill, Charlie and Sven piece together the puzzle. Inspired by the coordinates Charlie received from her mother Paula, they deduce the real date of the impending alien arrival.
With the military on their heels, Charlie and Sven flee from their home, desperately seeking an escape. Their frantic car chase ends in a devastating crash orchestrated by the authorities.

Fortunately, Charlie and Sven survive and find themselves at Benisha Mudhi’s (Sheeba Chaddha) (the billionaire who funded Paula’s mission) house.
Charlie confronts Benisha, questioning why Paula was chosen for the mission. Benisha confesses she has a special bond with Paula. However, the real bombshell drops when Charlie unveils the true coordinates, hidden by Paula.
This unexpected act creates a fragile alliance between Charlie and Benisha, both determined to expose the truth.
Sven discovers the real intentions of Mudhi
Charlie and Sven, accompanied by Mudhi, board a helicopter, racing towards the newly revealed coordinates. Meanwhile, Sven receives a cryptic message. “Mudhi Red Hand”, hinting at a betrayal.
Charlie uncovers the devastating truth that Mudhi orchestrated the plane crash that claimed Paula’s life. Grief and anger intertwine in Charlie’s heart as she confronts Mudhi. Tension escalates as Mudhi’s guards aim at Sven after reaching the landing site of the Alien spaceship.
The site of the landing leaves Sven speechless, a vast gathering of people gathered with fire sticks forming a giant circle. Upon landing, a solemn and almost spiritual ceremony takes place, with Mudhi leading the congregation in prayer.
The Signal leaves viewers with a cliffhanger loaded with questions. What is the true nature of the alien arrival? Why are people gathered in prayer? Has Mudhi switched sides? Is Paula still alive?
These unanswered questions leave a lasting impact and set the stage for a potential second season.
