ATLANTA, GEORGIA: Dakayla Wilson, the 18-year-old star from ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ Season 18, hails from Florida. She caught the special attention of Allison Holker, eventually bagging three ‘yeses’ from the judges.
Allison expressed the show’s quest for a versatile dancer, someone who can seamlessly transition to various settings, such as music videos, commercials, or movies. She added, “At this moment, I absolutely see you doing this and being a working industry dancer.”

The judge praised Dakayla’s dance performance, noting, ‘Solid technique, solid moves, but you have this charisma that drew us into your own world. The best performers on ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ are individuals who can dance in any style and captivate through their movement. That’s why I fell in love with you right now.”
After witnessing Dakayla’s performance, a fan wrote, “yep dakayla is my winner.” Another claimed, “Wow, Dakayla was a fave thus far.”

On the other hand, Comfort Fedoke was stunned by how gracefully Dakayla showcased her gymnastic skills in her dance. She expressed, ‘You got me hyped; I’m hyped.”
