However, the third quarter brought an unexpected twist as a fan sprinted onto the field, promptly apprehended by vigilant security.

Jim Nantz and Tony Romo amusingly labeled him a “partial streaker” due to his trousers. Fortunately, his intrusion was short-lived as security swiftly tackled and escorted him off the field.

Two arrested after running on Super Bowl LVIII field

Two individuals were apprehended for allegedly running on the field during the Super Bowl on February 11 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. With approximately five minutes remaining in the third quarter, the unauthorized individuals entered the field. The incident did not impact the game significantly, as the individuals were not visible on the broadcast. Shortly after, Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker successfully made a 57-yard field goal, setting a new Super Bowl record previously held by San Francisco 49ers rookie kicker Jake Moody.
